Fixes #65

  • Moves branches to the morning right after we make the repo and a root commit with just a README file.
  • Updates the PR images to reflect the forecast branch not the seasonal-forecast branch.
  • Updates the challenge in the PR episode so that it adds a seasonal-forecast.md file not a README.md file which will now already be present
