Looking through Pankow & Asher 2008, it looks the coefs in table 6 that are used in calc_vol() are calculated using Eq. 8 and coefs in table 5. This would be needed to calculate volatility at different temperatures.
Tasks:
Re-read Pankow & Asher to see if they recommend a reasonable range of temperatures that can be used
Plot functional relationship of b(T) for groups used to "guestimate" additional functional groups in Meredith method
Decide if one should be able to specify temperature for Meredith method at all.
