this classifier allows you to analyse sentiment throught words

files:

• project1 : conatins the implementation of the classifier , the loss function (hinge loss) , perceptron to find model parameters
  
• test: a small test to project1 function to see if they work
  
• main : use of the classifier on diffrent situation
