Complete Full API Coverage

ACord has finally broken out of the Alpha release and has entered its BETA testing stage.

Improvements

• Implemented sharding and management of shards
• Moved interactions to webhooks
• Proper connection class for webhooks
• Webhook messages now works as a regular message
• Implemented proper rate limiters and caches, which users have control of
• Majority of the old code has been rewritten and is much cleaner
• autocomplete decorator has been finalized, and autocomplete interactions have become easier to work with

Bugs

We have worked to clean up ACord code base and eliminate the majority of the bugs which were found.
This doesn't mean they have all been taken care of.
As of now we have 1 known issue (#31 ) and has a low priority as users can pass their own encoders through.
