I'll focus on migrating js-quic over then. I'll then copy the workflow for js-db and other native repos.

I'm not sure if the C++ code is amenable to the style of build outputs in js-quic. So I would actually start an issue working on replacing the C++ code with a Rust layer instead, it would likely be alot faster and fix the issues:

• Requires GLIBC 2.33 for RocksDB #73
• Clean up superfluous compilation flags #43
• Research how to simplify the connection between JS and C++ code (considering both ios and android) #37

I would not start on this until js-workers has been migrated to ESM first as it is dependent on it.
