Major Visual Overhaul

Overview

This update is mostly about polish and refinement. Most of it the user won't even see. EX: SEO optimization.
Updating all of the website while leaving out weapons page until loadouts are added. Also still needed are pictures of every weapon.

Themes

Added themes w/ cookies. Probably not the best way to do it but there's now a high contrast and light theme.

Updated Commands

Added and updated commands such as viewmodel_flip and others.
