It would be helpful to have sample inputs and instructions on how to find them before using this software. Without these, users need to read the code to determine what is accepted and what is not.
Since I am not the first person to encounter this problem (#4), I added some documentation and a few small graphs to make it easier for new users to get started with this repository.
