This build contains the following changes:
- remove check for oVirt version (#73)
- don't check if nbdkit plugin works properly in ansible playbook; fixes RHBZ#1847898 (#70)
Further more all Kubevirt related code has been removed from dist package
(#71). The content from the branch is not relevant. One should look into the
master branch or ManageIQ/manageiq-v2v-conversion_host-build repository
respectively.
