Reason: it does not update particle's cluster when interim particle disjoints two parts of cluster. Handling this case is computationally difficult on particle's move. New design is comming -- particles' clusters will be configuration option and will be updated by calling Grid::dfs_cluster procedure when needed

Adds clusterization procedure based on DFS and basic functions for cluster analysis. Also a lot of fixes and updates in different functions
