This patch changes the way we call the docker image to make the entrypoint be the basic pytest command.

Este PR tem por objetivo criar um dockerfile que constroi um container contendo todas as dependencias necessárias para rodar os testes.

Hoje precisa de muitas dependencias para rodar todos os testes, como UV, MGC, Rclone, AWS, etc.
