• The contribution is made to a public repository not owned by the contributor.
• The contribution falls into one of the following categories:
  • GitHub repository README.
  • GitHub repository structure and community profile.
  • GitHub issue and pull request templates.
  • GitHub Actions that improve or implement project maintenance.
  • Non-code contribution: Design or documentation.
