Copied DAA layout from evaluation board.
J2, J5 and J6 optional and present for debugging purposes.
Bridge J4 across.

TODO for v4.0:

• Maybe expose pin for AOUT for audio
• Make more compact DAA layout
• J2 is no longer needed (and maybe J5 and J6 as well)
• WHOOPS Si2494 doesn't do fax mode...
• Maybe M.2 form factor using NGFF connector
