1.5.1: added support for hiding games, via a folder.ini file, rating score etc

All games listed in it will have their ES entry set to hidden.
(Hidden is supposed to work in Kiosk and Kid mode only)

You may also check the "Hide bios etc" checkbox.
This hides: bios sets, device sets, screenless and mechanical games. Along with "machine is not runnable" sets.

If you are using a rating (bestgames.ini etc) folder list, you can choose a certain score, and all entries below that score are also hidden.
