The PR adds:

  • More robust authorization check before creating accounts
  • Adds better error messages
  • Passes discord user information to redmine to validate admin status
  • Adds a /ticket tracker command to update the tracker of a ticket, command with an autocomplete menu
  • Adds a /ticket priority command to update the priority of a ticket, with an autocomplete menu
  • Adds a /ticket subject command to update the subject of a ticket
