Once a user has created an Account on the Mula service they can start using the functionality provided by creating a MoneyLog during the creation of the MoneyLog the user only can provide a name, a start date and an end date. The dates are optional but the name is mandatory.

After we validate these inputs we proceed to either create a new MoneyLog on the system or reply with an error to the user
