Testing the Skill

Notes for testing this skill to go into the mycroft-skills repo.
- Say an utterance of a skill that you don't have installed
- If Mycroft says that he is installing a skill, then after a minute, you can use the skill that you requested, the test PASSED!!! 😀
- If Mycroft doesn't say anything, say that an error occured, and/or the skill is not usable, the test FAILED😧
