When the "highlight tab until clicked" option is enabled, it can be a bit annoying to move your mouse over to the chat just to click it.
This PR adds an option to make the highlighting automatically disappear after the specified timer has reached, if the current active tab is already the one where the new message appear in.
In a follow-up, I would also like to remove highlighting if the message comes from yourself.
