This basically improves the process for the user setting up a delegate node, DEX is not implemented yet. I'll do this once I complete
capitalisk-core's script. Anpm run startwill suffice to get all the necessary steps from build to spinning up the container. The only thing left for the user to do is get and change their credentials in theconfig.json. The following step:The script also downloads a backup of the snapshots (if they don't exist) and populate the database.
