This pull request adds the antibody language model AntiBERTy to plmfit. It includes:

  • The AntibertyFamily class in pretrained_models.py
  • AntiBERTy, AntiBERTyForTokenClassification and AntiBERTyForSequenceClassification classes in the language_models folder

AntiBERTy can now be used to extract embeddings and can be fine-tuned using all fine-tuning methods available in plmfit.
