Clinical-Trial-Parser-Docker

Try out https://github.com/facebookresearch/Clinical-Trial-Parser in docker.

First of all you need to clone repo:

git clone https://github.com/facebookresearch/Clinical-Trial-Parser

There is two options:

• Run cfg parse

docker-compose up ctm-cfg

• Run ie parse

docker-compose up ctm-ie
