I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to report an issue related to the handling of Daylight Saving Time (DST) in the FriendTime bot for users based in Mexico. Since October 30, 2022, Mexico has stopped observing DST. This change in policy is not currently reflected in the bot's functionality.

Currently, when converting time zones for users based in Mexico, the bot still applies the DST offset. This leads to inaccurate conversion results, and ultimately can cause confusion or scheduling mishaps amongst users.

I kindly request that you update the FriendTime bot to correctly handle Mexico's time zone by excluding it from DST changes. This change would ensure accurate time conversions for users in Mexico and for those coordinating with them.
