Can't set timezone to Europe/Kyiv #124

Hello! I tried setting my timezone to "Europe/Kyiv" (correctly autodetected), but it didn't work. Then I selected Ukraine manually, and it showed me it as "Europe/Kiev", which is wrongly spelt and kinda offensive to Ukrainians. Here are screenshots:

Europe/Kiev was renamed to Europe/Kyiv not so far enough. For more context:

I guess it will be fixed with update of @vvo/tzdb
