Motivation

Upgrade to XbK 29.5.3 and update DancingGoat files from the corresponding XbK version template

Upgrade also version in https://github.com/Kentico/xperience-by-kentico-shopify/blob/main/examples/DancingGoat-Shopify/.config/dotnet-tools.json
