Welcome to the WG-ANCR wiki!

This GitHub repository extends the work in the ANCR WG online using a Consensus protocol, which is the technical / hybrid workgroup code of practice for building specifications and work with strong consensus, with decentralised technical governance tools, which operationalise notice consent in a synchronic way. (e.g. putting a receipt generator and reader inside a digital wallet)

This is important as the ANCR_WG works on specifying, assessing, measuring and analysing the integrity of consent to produce a differential transparency signal, with a personally anchored record exchange protocol using notice and consent receipts, called AuthC.

The overall aim to standardize the synchronic record protocol for co-regulated digital transparency and consent. Mirroring records, which are signed by a notary to provide assurance, which are exchanged and compared to see if there is a change in active state of privacy / purpose of use.

The objective of this technology is to be able to scale consensus, so as to support synchronic data sharing, collaboration and innovation that enables the scaling of synergy through personal data control, and consent.
