0. GCC INSTALLATION

- download gcc archive
- uncompress it where you want
- cd into the resulting directory
- ./contrib/download_prerequisites
- ./configure --prefix=path/where/you/want/to/install/gcc
- make -j N (where is the number of procs of your machine)
- make install

1. INSTALLATION (requires GCC version >= 4.9.2)
