Description

This PR adds some additional tracking to the !metrics feature to include the following metrics:

  • Outgoing transactions
  • Number of active colonies based only on the number of OneTxPayments out of the last 1,000 transactions
  • The top 5 active colonies based only on the number of OneTxPayments out of the last 1,000 transactions
  • Tokens that have been created using Colony

There has also been some improvements to the existing tracking to improve accuracy, as well as an update to improve wording.
