This PR adds a new command !metrics to Chewie that will return some key metrics for Colony, including the following:

  • Total Colonies
  • New colonies past 30 days
  • 30 day new colonies avg.
  • Total Members
  • New members past 30 days
  • Total domains created
  • Total Motions & Disputes Installs
  • Total Motions & Disputes Uninstalls
  • Total Motions created
  • Total Motion Stakes made

It also adds a software wallet, and auth token requests.
