Welcome to the SLI_Calculator wiki!

This the executable package for Spectral- Lifetime Image calculator software.

The current working for this executable code is based on the use of 800um diameter- 30m long GRIN fiber. Any other fiber profile can be calibrated and stored in the software for spectral estimation. The executable will

  1. calculate the centroid location of the TCSPC highest bin location and maps it into a TIFF image as ‘filename+shift.tif’
  2. uses rapid lifetime determination scheme to calculate FLIM image as ‘filename+flim.tif’ and
  3. saves the intensity as ‘filename+intensity.tif’. These tif files can be analyzed using ImageJ or other image analysis software of choice.

This shift-FLIM calculation is time taking because of a straight forward implementation of shift position determination (~10sec for 256x256x256 TCSPC array). This calculator has input options for any custom calibration values as seen above to plot the spectrum from the calculated shift image.
