Previously, Compatibility/ contained JANA1 holdovers necessary for GlueX. These have been moved into more permanent locations, such as Geometry/ and Services/. The older headers still exist, but redirect to the new location and emit deprecation warnings.
jerror_t,JStreamLog, andJStreamLogBufferare deprecated outright. Finally,JLargeCalibrationhas been renamed toJResource.
