I had an issue where PyCall was causing an error with the Manifest.toml present in this package. Similar error: JuliaPy/PyCall.jl#925
Removing the Manifest seems to have fixed it. Also: it seems that SpecialMatrices is in the Julia Registries now, so can we just use
add SpecialMatricesinstead of using the specific package url?
