Ready for prime time!

Now it calculates recovered energy and allows you to offset the voltage accounting for internal resistance.
I also added color-coding and edited the layout to better scale for full screen.

To install just run the installer.

Almost there...

This GUI is almost where I want it, already functional, but the layout needs adjusting for fullscreen, and more comments in the code itself would be nice. I also need to work on a README, so other people can also use it, not just our team.
(It needs Matlab Runtime if you will use the portable .exe, or the installer will install it for you.
