v1.1 Dockerfile update

• Changed docker/dockerfile version from 1 to 1.1.5 to be compatible with up-to-date docker installs
• Updated the documentation to be a bit more clear

Old version would not build on new installs of docker. 1.1.5, while several years old, is the newest version still supporting armv6 architecture used by Raspberry Pi Zero.

A new docker image was built and uploaded to Docker Hub
