balpha updated the styling for this today as a fix for cachebreaker issues that were breaking all the icons in the inbox/achievements lists; as part of this, styling is pulled from chrome.css (loaded in the header) rather than topbar.css (loaded in the topbar). Without this change, the topbar loads with no styling.
This fixes #26
