Automated plotter for aDWI-BIDS data
misp_plot shows the general access pattern in a simple plotting use case for aDWI-BIDS, e.g. the procedure for expanding compressed representation to an iterable representation.
Examples given in misp_3.py show several possible configurations for different sequences. These are expanded to an iterable representation with misp_plot
