Tested working on an i9-12900K system with all cores enabled.
You simply swap out the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Napoleon Total War\Napoleon.exe file with this one (so yes, you will want to rename it from Napoleon_intel_12th_gen_patched.exe to just Napoleon.exe).
