Updates to Drupal, BibCite, Citation Select, and Flysystem

Updates to the above listed components and their dependencies.
There is also an update to Mirador settings because apparently we didn't set the Mirador plugins when they became available. This enables them.

• Citation Select causes slews of errors to the watchdog logs, but it did on the current version too so I thought that should not prevent us from updating. There is at least one ticket open in that repo.
• Flysystem was tested by adding files to Fedora, which worked.

Still to add/test updates to:

• Filehash (composer locked to 2.x in Islandora core)
• Geolocation Field
• Facets (requires Solr; my solr instance is broken and there is an outstanding ticket to update it in the site template)

This works. I did see the bibcite errors in the logs as well as the deprecated function warnings for flysystem and facets but neither of those messages are because of this pr.
