Implement K8s provisioning

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Use Intersmash for provisioning on K8s, not just on OpenShift. This will help developers in the community to test early and efficiently enough, even on vanilla K8s.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Have a K8s client implementation which is similar to the XTF one for OpenShift
• Implement a PoC provisioner for a community service, e.g. WIldFLy/Hyperfoil etc. - we don't want to test products on K8s

Describe alternatives you've considered
So far the only alternative for provisioning on K8s is the AutoProvisioning feature, but that is really not easily usable, and its requirements are more generic, so it offers limited features.
