• Elaborate a specification of the Consensus layer that will serve as documentation and help alternative Cardano implementations. (addressed Q1 2025).
• Specify cross-era ticking/forecasting for Cardano (#418, depends on Ledger ⚠️ ).
• #868 (Ledger is focusing on Conway during Q2 2024).
