Registration and Check-In Rules

Since the registration and check-in for Intensive Co-Learning are conducted via GitHub, if you are not a developer or are unfamiliar with git operations, please read this document first: Intensive Co-learning GitHub Beginner's Guide

• Registration:

  • Step 01: Fork this repository.
  • Step 02: Copy Template.md to create your personal notes file, fill in your information according to the document's instructions, and rename the file to your GitHub ID: YourGitHubID.md.
  • Step 03: Create a PR to this repository. A teaching assistant for Intensive Co-Learning will review your PR, and once it passes review, your PR will be merged into the main branch. At that point, you will receive an invitation via email to join the repository as a contributor. Once you accept the invitation, you will automatically receive push permissions for the main branch.
  • Step 04: After completing the above steps, congratulations on successfully registering. You can now push your learning records directly to the main branch for updates.
  • Please join the xxx group to stay connected: (please add your created group link). After joining the group, kindly check in there so that the teaching assistant can record your attendance.

• Check-In:

  • Once registered, you will have push permissions for the main branch. You are required to update your daily study notes in your YourName.md document by date. After submitting your update, we will automatically update your check-in status in the check-in record table below.
  • If you are not in the UTC+8 time zone, you need to add a time zone code at the beginning of your YourName.md file. Incorrect time zone settings may cause the automated check-in script to miscalculate the check-in time. For more details, please refer to: https://github.com/IntensiveCoLearning/template_en/blob/main/Template.md?plain=1#L1
  • When submitting your notes, please ensure the following points to avoid check-in failures:
    • In your YourName.md document, place your note content within the following code block, and do not remove and :
