Due to the BaseTypes schema version change from 3.3 to 4.0, lcn schema, which is imported by lcv schema, must also be moved to version 5.0 to avoid errors related to different namespaces.
Change the import of the lcn schema from version 4 to version 5

This "hotfix" release introduces changes in the version of some schemas. Due to the BaseTypes schema version change from 3.3 to 4.0, all schemas imported from schemas moved to version 5.0 must also be moved to version 5.0 to avoid errors related to different namespaces.
