Treasury Module

Purpose

The Treasury at IEEE NITK consists mainly of the Treasurer(s), Chairperson and Convener (along with ex-treasurer). The Treasury holds final decision-making authority (aside from the faculty advisor, of course) to approve any financial requirements of the Student Branch. Rigorous tracking is required since reports about finances have to be made both to the IEEE Bangalore Section as well as the Institute. Bills have to be submitted on time and tracked properly, approvals and reimbursements have to be given ASAP, and treasurers should be ready with financial reports at any given time. The Treasury Module will ease the burden on treasurers and bring visibility to the entire financial process at IEEE NITK.
