CNN and RNN Failed Model

Failed data collection and model, input data consisted of 3 windows of spectrograms with 50% overlap passed into a Time Series CNN and passed to RNN. This is severely over complicated and resulted in a model accuracy of 5%. The model failed from not being able to learn the data effectively.
