Added egress on port 53 UDP for dns.
There was a change in the nitro-cli vsock-proxy that changed the way it does name resolution: https://github.com/aws/aws-nitro-enclaves-cli/releases/tag/v1.3.1
To support this, the EC2 instance needs to be able to do dns lookup. Adding egress on port 53 allows this.
Also added 2 new machine types: m6i, r6i.
