can you review the BE changes, I am getting error
2024-06-10T10:59:32.181+0300 -- ERROR -- ERROR: relation "clinlims.notifications" does not exist

even the spring.jpa.hibernate.ddl-auto=update is set to update the table is not auto creating is there any mistake with my implementation
