Autoinstallation

Installation script from the Arch Wiki for installing on a PC with BIOS and UEFI boot in the Danish language.

Download a fresh ISO from Arch Linux. After booting the archiso, run the following commands in the terminal:

loadkeys dk if it's your keyboard layout for the installation.

For the correct keyboard setup:

pacman -Sy git

to install Git and update the pacman mirrorlist.

git clone https://github.com/Hvemmse/autoinstall

To retrieve the files from the project.

cd autoinstall
sh starthere

Once the script is finished, you'll be in the arch-chainroot environment. Run the following command in the terminal:

sh install

Enter the root account password, and after the script is done, exit and reboot.

Enjoy an Arch Linux environment with Cinnamon, Xfce, GNOME, KDE, or Qtile.

Update 2023: There are now two new options, fullautoinstall.sh and autoinstall.sh.

This script is a form of autoinstallation with the following parameters:

Root password: arch Default user: arch User password: arch Default installation: /dev/sda Hostname: archlinuxvm Bootloader: UEFI or BIOS GPT, but grub is used.

Use the following commands:

chmod +x fullautoinstall.sh
./fullautoinstall.sh

chmod +x autoinstall.sh
./autoinstall.sh

Når scriptet er færdigt, befinder du dig i arch-chainroot. Kør følgende kommando i terminalen:

sh install

Indtast kodeordet til root-kontoen, og når scriptet er færdigt, afslut og genstart.

Nyd en Arch Linux-environment med Cinnamon, Xfce, GNOME, KDE eller Qtile.

Brug følgende kommandoer:

chmod +x autoinstall.sh ./autoinstall.sh
