• Does your build pass brew audit --strict <formula> (after doing HOMEBREW_NO_INSTALL_FROM_API=1 brew install --build-from-source <formula>)? If this is a new formula, does it pass brew audit --new <formula>?

Unthrottling here will put us on a weird version cadence. We should wait to unthrottle til we are back on multiples of 5.

actually you might be right, the audit would fail every single time, reverting that throttling change now.
