command, haxelib will check to see if the current branch matches up. However when you checked something out based off a commit id, it doesn't properly check to see if the current ref matches up with the one you're trying to install.This PR simply changes one line, using Null coalescing we fall back to using the ref as a "currentBranch" if
vcsBranchesByLibraryName
ends returns nullthis should also fix the issue of
Library remains at "<unspecified>"
since it never passed through the commit id to the branch checker
