Add a field in SRT stats to provide the response time (stability) of the SRT socket connection.

The link response time sample:

  • on the sender side: is the time interval since the last response from the receiver (any packet: ACK, NAK? DATA in case of bidirectional transmission?)
  • on the receiver side: is the time interval since the last packet received from the sender (DATA packet or ACKACK).

The link response time statistic is to de discussed.
Should it be the min, max or average of the responce samples over the statistics interval?
