Changes since v2.6:

• Layers: added color blend modes (hue, saturation, luminosity, color)
• Colors:
  • moved palette below sliders
  • added key control to palette:
    • left/right/up/down to choose color
    • page up/page down to change color set
• Rectangle tool:
  • added "Outline width"
• Ellipse tool:
  • added "Enable rotation"
  • added "Outline width"
• Text tool: always use current foreground color for whole text
• Airbrush tool: smoother performance
• Support transparency in selections and when cut/copy/deleting
• Removed red scale line from brush preview, instead use numerical size label
