hsl.fi no longer pushes current location to local store, but it does save SelectFromMap selections. Filter them away as early as possible i.e. when reading local storage, until they fix the bug.

FIlter SelectFromMap items, which hsl.fi seems to save, away from local storage.
This change protects our search component from invalid old searches. It no longer filters them all ther time.
